Divine
Intervention Therapies is a Spa which offers massage and spa body services. Therapists John Lambert
and
Renee Lambert are certified in all of the services offered in
this website and have been in practice and teaching since 1995. John
and Renee are members of the “Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals(ABMP)”. Both John and Renee Lambert are fully insured Therapists, and they have in the past both been affiliated with St. Joesph Mercy Hospital in Clinton Township, and the LifeSpa at Lifetime Fitness Center in Shelby Township, Michigan. Their main clinic called, "Divine Intervention Therapies" or "D.I.T. Day Spa" is located inside of "Janet's Nail Studio" in Fraser, Michigan, and is easily accessible to most of Southeastern Michigan.

I have been a Myomassologist, Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist,
and Traditional Thai Medical Massage Therapist since 1995, as well as a Traditional Thai Instructor since 1996. I have continued to be a dedicated student and passionate bodyworker ever since. I have been a spiritual person all my life. Not necessarily a religious person, but a spiritual person (there is a big difference!). I feel like I have always been on the healing path, even before the time I was born. When I found this field of healing work to help others get rid of pain I was hooked immediately. I have been passionately studying and teaching ever since. I began study in 1994. I have done extensive training and have traveled and studied in Thailand all the way from Bangkok in Southern Thailand all the way to the Northernmost tip of Thailand near Chang-Rai at the "Golden Triangle" where Laos, Thailand, and Burma all merge. This was a month long, full immersive program with theory, practical (hands-on), and educational touring of historical locations as well as certification. I have been a certified practitioner, facilitator, and instructor in Thai Medical Massage since 1996. I have studied many other types of therapies as well, classes in Michigan, Chicago and all over; including but not limited to: Traditional Thai Medical Massage,Myofascial Release Therapy, Swedish massage, Therapeutic Massage, Relaxing Massage, Touch for Health, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Lymph massage, Sports Massage (pre/post event), Therapeutic Breast Massage, Hydrotherapy (water-massage), Aromatherapy, Bio-magnetics, Polarity, Reiki, etc. Also I have studied many forms of Spa therapies including but not limited to: Seaweed Body Wrap, Mud Body Wrap, Aromatherapy Body Wrap (with herbs/or essential oils), Salt Glow, Body Polishing, Therapeutic Bust Health Treatment©, Dry Brushing, Spa Facial massage, Spa Full-Body Facial,
Hydrotherapy (underwater massage), Steam Treatment (steam tent/ "SteamyWonder©"/ or steam chamber),
etc. I am continuously studying and learning new treatments and therapies
of all kinds, and have dedicated my life to the study of all things related
to healing, the body, natural medicine, spiritual topics, etc. I am currently
working on my Bachelor degree in Biology at the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM). I am planning on taking the "one year fast-track RN" nursing program at UDM following my Biology degree. After nursing I plan to continue for my doctorate in Chiropractic medicine &/or Naturopathic medicine, as well as study Ayurvedic Medicine, and possibly Chinese Medicine. I know it seems like a lot, but I plan to study until the day I die. This is why I was born, to serve, to heal, to learn, to teach, to share, to care, to assist, and to LOVE!

I have been a Myomassologist, Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist,
and Traditional Thai Massage Therapist as well as Traditional Thai Instructor
since 1995. I have been a dedicated student and passionate bodyworker
ever since. I have always been a spiritual person and have been a part
of the healing path most of my life. I had started in the Western Medicine
field by working in different aspects of typical Western Hospitals including
Physical Therapy [including outpatient sports rehab and inpatient rehab
( including acute injuries, amputees and head trauma and spinal injury
patients)], Home Health Care, Dialysis as a Hemodialysis Technician and
of course Massage Therapy and Teaching. Although I had learned a great
deal about Western Medicine I preferred the Alternative Healing methods
instead. I believe that both Western and Alternative Therapies play an
important role in our lives. The Western view on healing seems to
be most effective in diagnosing, immunizing and treating the patient with
surgery, prescription drugs and possibly Physical Therapy. The Alternative
field on the other hand appears to be very effective in diagnosing and
treating the patient through natural means such as herbs, essential oils,
meditation, massage ( Reiki, Polarity, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Swedish massage,
Lymphatic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Pregnancy and Infant
massage Etc...), Acupuncture, Chiropractics, Ayurveda and Natureopathy.
